Responsibilities:

• Performing detailed assessment of RFP requirements and gathers and disseminates historical bid information pertinent to the proposal.
• Reviews plans and architectural drawings
• Prepares quantity take-off's on assigned projects.
• Analyzes proposals
• Utilizing appropriate software programs to calculate, record and track estimates.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience 
• Internship experience or some work related experience with strong focus on being an estimator
• Bachelor's degree required 
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings
• Excellent mathematical skills
